Welcome to my blog!

I am starting my blog to do regular posts, updates and latest news in Diet, Health and Medicine world. I am also planning to post what I eat in a day maybe once a week, since my clients often ask about it.

It is a month of January,  when the movement called VEGANUARY started. Since 2014, this campaign, which has its origin in Great Britain, has been motivating people to eat a plant-based diet for one month a year. Why? Quite simply: Because there is no better New Year's resolution to do something good for your own health, spare animal life and at the same time relieve the planet. More than a quarter of a million people from over 150 countries have attended veganuary in the past year.

I have started whole food plant-based eating last year for health reasons and accidently became vegan. I found myself not missing animal food, besides wonderful feeling of energy, better mood, sleep, less aches and pains. So I decided to continue satying vegan for this month of January and invite you to try it too.

What I ate today.

Breakfast was a green smoothie with banana, arugula, fresh ginger and green matcha powder, oatmeal with chia seeds, blueberries, banana, almond milk, green tea. For lunch I had leftover buckwheat pasta with green peas, creamy white bean garlic sauce, fennel salad with orange. Midday snack was banana, rice cakes, herbal tea, homemade granola bar. For dinner I had a mexican bowl with basmati rice, black beans, guacamole, salsa, corn tortillas, lettuce. Late snack was pear, papaya, herbal tea.
