What is WFPBN?
Whole Food Plant-based Nutrition is proven to improve any health related issues. The main four groups of food that is the base of it are: whole grains, legumes(all beans), vegetables and fruit. Using nuts, seeds and spices as condiments. Excluded all fats, all oils, all dairy, animal protein minimized to no more than 2-3 times a week from the cleanest source if you choose to include it.
